Nose: Hints of creamy vanilla and delicate wood spice, golden syrup and ripe green grapes sit alongside some exceptional orchard fruits like green apples and pears with a hint of brittle toffee.
Palate: Golden sweet flaky pastry with a soft vanilla and fresh cream filling, honeycomb and milk chocolate, pineapple candy, almond paste and hints of damson mix well with a delicate peppery sweet spice note that takes the dram to a long and sweetly smooth creamy balanced finish.
