This Aultmore was matured in a batch of 6 barrels before being bottled in 2020, the resulting taste is a classic rich Speyside single malt for all palates. 

Nose: French patisserie's, a lingering smooth range of aromas building up in the glass including summer fruits, sweet spices like cinnamon, hints of peach and apricots, some orchard fruits like red apples, sweet pears and tangy cherries. 

Palate: Elegantly rich and smooth with Pastel De Natta richness, some golden honeycomb and hazelnut spread, soft runny caramel and subtle sweet creamy white chocolate, soft coconut and whipped cream, tropical fruits and a final flourish of soft spices in the deliciously lingering finish.
