Palate: Tropical fruits, Apricots, peaches, mango, Star Fruit and a rich peat smoke marries them all together rather nicely, soft vanilla and honeycomb adda richness to the mid palate, tangy soft coastal notes, sweet pineapple and a dusting of spice, the finish is a rich lingering taste journey that keeps the main body of the palate right to the very end.
