Nose: Ashy with a little smoked meats and honey glaze, caramelised tropical fruits with a touch of sweet pepper and caramel, light smoked fish and coastal iodine.
Palate: A little more fruit than expect on the front of the palate, pineapple and warming spices, some soft vanilla and creamy custard tarts, sweet mint and chocolate, more woody notes with a touch of soft smoke and fruits.
