Nose: Vibrant with some tangy fruity tones, hints of dark chocolate with dates and a little sweet pepper notes, the richness of the sherry cask shines through
Palate: The sherry cask has done its work with bold red fruits and hints of blackberry and damson jam, spiced fruit cake and a hint of creamed strawberries, a touch of pink pepper, a slight polished leather note, toffee and shortbread.
