Aged in a bourbon barrel, warming, spicy and has a distinctive.
Nose: Lots of aromas flood the senses, with a rich fruity sweetness, fresh baked patisseries and sweet baking spices, some soft undertones of charred oak building with a touch vanilla pod.
Palate: Cinnamon and peat smoke! A fantastic balance on the palate though the smoke wins out, with dried fruit and mixed spices, some lemon freshness and orange peel zestiness that make the smoke and peat push forward on the palate, with a rich and more smoothly fruity finish with soft and rich smoke to round this dram off nicely.
