Nose: Honey and herbal notes are to the front of the nose, with a warming sweet smoke and orchard fruit, some aniseed and polished oak, hints of charred fruits, some waxiness and mellow soft leather, crushed black pepper, ground dark roast coffee and cooked meats.

Palate: A bold and very taste forward opening of smoke and peat, slightly dry with rich and complex  medicinal tone, bold and enticing minty notes, some citrus and chocolate, smoked meats and hints of fresh baked ginger bread, salted caramel popcorn, with a lingering and pulsing finish of cocoa, dark fruits, whipped fudge, softer building of soft peat & smoke right to the end.
