Matured for 22 years in American oak casks before being finished off in fresh 1st Fill Pedro Ximenez.
Nose: Very rich with a creamy soft vanilla, figs with hints of toffee, fruit, chocolate with a nut and raisins chocolate bars note, some rich creamy fruity notes build up nicley before we head into the palate.
Palate: A nice rich balanced mouth feel of malted biscuits with a rich malt note delicate spice and some milk chocolate, dried orange, soft fudge. Sit back and relax dram that never fails to deliver from the nose to the finishing moments on the palate.
