Allt-A-Bhainne 24 Year Old Stiùbhart - 44.9% ABV

A lovely single cask bottling from new independent bottler, Stiùbhart. Bottlings from Chivas Brothers' Speyside Allt-A-Bhainne Distillery aren't seen all that often, and this offers all manner of big, fruit notes. A great introduction to the bottler!

Nose: A big bold rich nose, lots of rich fruits, some soft peach and hints of crushed almon, the aromas on the nose seem to leap forward nicely.

Palate: Gentle smooth and fruity, hints of salted caramel play a subtle undertone on the palate, some woody notes add to the complexity and enjoyment of this dram, an oily rich mid note with a little sweet floral tone, some earthy richness adds to the taste, some soft peat and summer fruits, sliced apples and golden honey.

Finish: Medium length with lingering drying florals
