A 10 year old single malt, distilled by Aberlour and bottled by James Eadie in 2023 for their Single Cask series. Matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead.
Tasting Note:
Nose: Redcurrant and sweet plumb jam alongside notes of tobacco
Palate: More red fruits balanced by hints of crisp pear. Raisins and star anise follow.
Finish: Medium finish with lingering dark chocolate.
