1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso 16% vol
Vermouth di Torino Rosso from Casa Cinzano's 1757 is a bitter sweet and fruity vermouth.
Made using Italian wines, selected botanicals including wormwood and Piedmont.
Nose: Vanilla, dark fruits like dried fig, hints of spiced wood, sweet floral notes, wormwood and soft pepper.
Palate: Cinnamon and fig's some peach with a building of sweet spices, the peppery notes add a nice contrast to the sweetness of the dark fruits, a tangy liquorice root, dark toffee like sweetness leading to a complex wormwood and cloves.
