Picture the scene: it’s a gloriously sunny late summer day, and you’re behind the wheel of a magnificent car. Your favourite person is with you. The stunning Cotswolds scenery flashes by as you pick up the pace, just before you turn back to repeat the experience in yet another iconic model. Later, you’re going to indulge in a gourmet lunch at The Lygon Arms by James Martin. It’s a sundrenched* dream that will soon become reality for one lucky winner!

Pick up any bottle from our very own Soho Selection and Vintage Reserve Collections between now and 15 June 2024, and you’ll automatically be entered into the prize draw to win a Cotswolds British Classic Car Road Rally Day for two, provided by our friends at Super Stars.

The winner and their plus-one will spend 27 September 2024 (check the diaries now! The date can’t move) zipping around the countryside in not one, not two, but six classic models. You’ll have the chance to experience the likes of the Jaguar E-Type Roadster, AC Cobra, Austin Healey 3000, Porsche 911, MGA Roadster and the Alfa Romeo Spider out on the glorious Cotswolds roads. We’ll throw in a pit stop at the The Lygon Arms to keep you well-fuelled, too. You’ll be treated to a four-course meal at the chef’s table – and you can even visit the kitchen if you’d like.

How to enter

A quick note: This is a UK-only competition. The prize is a trip for two people, who will share each car and take it in turns driving. You both need to be aged from 25-75 years old, have held a full driving licence for at least three years, and hold no more than six points. Super Stars will take a refundable £1,500 holding deposit on the day, so make sure you’ve got enough room on a card. Insurance and fuel is all included.

With that out the way, here’s how to enter. And it’s really easy. Simply pick up any full bottle from our Soho Selection or Vintage Reserve range between now and 15 June 2024, and we’ll automatically enter you into the draw. All eligible bottles are here. 3. TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the prize draw, all entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that there terms and the Milroy’s Privacy Policy are binding to them. 9. THE PRIZE: The winner will win a trip for 2 people (i.e. you can bring a guest but your guest must also be 25 – 75 years old with a full valid driving license with no more than 6 points, minimum 3 years driving experience) to the Cotswolds British Classic Car Road Rally for 2 people, provided by Superstars. The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. The prize includes:
• Classic Car Selection: Drive legendary cars such as Jaguar E-Type Roadster, AC Cobra, Austin Healey 3000, Porsche 911, MGA Roadster, and Alfa Romeo Spider.
• Scenic Route: Journey through the Cotswolds, passing Blenheim Palace and quaint villages like Stow-On-The-Wold and Bourton-On-The-Water.

10. IMPORTANT BOOKING AND TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS: The prize must be booked and taken on 27th September 2024.
• The prize must be taken on 27th September 2024
• Relevant reservations once notified to the winner cannot be changed, postponed, or cancelled, however, the prize trip may be delayed or postponed in prize provider’s sole discretion if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond its control (e.g. covid-19 restrictions);
• Transfer to and from the Henley On Thames will not be provided by the prize provider;
• A security deposit of £1,500 per 2 participants will need to be pre-authorised by the attendees prior to the rally;

11. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: Milroy’s will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. The prize recipient will be required to contact the prize provider to arrange fulfilment of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the prize within 5 days of Milroy’s contacting them, Milroy’s reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant. Milroy’s cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. The winner must allow their details to be shared with the prize provider in order to accept the prize.

12. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Milroy’s and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense, or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which Milroy’s (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises because of any act or omission by any other party. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.

13. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This competition follows the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all information collected follows strict data collection protection principles. The information provided by entrants will be used fairly, lawfully, and transparently. It will be used solely for administering the prize draw. The winners contact details will be passed on to the prize provider with the confirmation of acceptance, these details will only be used to carry out the fulfilment of the prize. The information will be used in a way that is adequate, relevant, and limited to only what is necessary.

Terms and conditions from Superstars Experiences

1. TERMS 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 “Booking” means Superstars booking process which is subject to acceptance of these Terms. 1.2 “Client” means the person, firm or company which makes a Booking. 1.3 “Event” means the event or events which are the subject of the Booking. 1.4 “Superstars” means TPT (UK) Limited a company registered in England and Wales as company number: 04132127 trading under the name of Superstars. 1.5 “Services” means the hospitality services to be performed by Superstars pursuant to the Booking in accordance with these Terms. 1.6 “Terms” means these booking terms and conditions.

2. VARIATION AND CANCELLATION 2.1 Cancellation of a Booking by the Client will be non-refundable. 2.2 Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that the Services are provided in accordance with the Booking, Superstars reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to make any changes to the Services for the Event which do not in the opinion of Superstars materially affect the quality of the Services. If Superstars has to make any material changes relating to the Booking it shall notify the Client forthwith. Superstars shall endeavour to keep such changes to a minimum and shall seek to offer the Client arrangements as close to the original as is reasonably possible in the circumstances. 2.3 If the Event team varies or cancels the Event Superstars shall not be liable to the Client. However Superstars shall make every effort to ensure that the quality of the Services is not materially affected. 2.4 If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Superstars (including but not limited to an Act of God, explosion, inclement weather, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, terrorist activity or threat of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, regulations, byelaws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or local authority, import or export regulations or embargoes, strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes, power, equipment or mechanical failure, Covid-19), the Event and/or the Services are cancelled or disrupted in any way, Superstars shall not be liable to the Client or be deemed to be in breach of the Booking or these Terms by reason of any delay in performing, or failure to perform any of its obligations in relation to the Booking or these Terms. Superstars may choose to, but shall not be obliged to, agree in good faith with the Client the amount of any refund to the Client. If the Client wishes to protect its investment in the Services purchased in relation to the Event, the Client is advised to seek contingency insurance from a specialist contingency insurance broker. Superstars shall have no further liability to the Client arising from Superstars failure to perform the Services in any such circumstances.

3. LIMITATION 3.1 Superstars shall not under any circumstances be liable to the Client in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for loss of revenues or opportunities, goodwill, reputation or any type of special, indirect or consequential loss (even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or Superstars had been advised of the possibility of the Client incurring the same). 3.2 Further, Superstars shall have no liability for any death or bodily injury or loss of or damage to property, of anyone attending the Event pursuant to the Booking, whether arising from such attendance, or in relation to the provision or use of the facilities at the Event. The Client agrees to indemnify Superstars against any claim in respect of any such liability (and the costs and expenses incurred by Superstars in relation thereto). 3.3 Superstars shall not be liable for the actions or failure to provide services of a third party service provider involved in the Event, including but not limited to the failure of a performing artist to attend such Event.

4. CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS 4.1 The Client agrees to accept the authority, decisions and instructions of the bookings Team. 4.2 The Experience can include activities which require an average level of fitness and good health. Consequently the decision of the Experience Team as to the Client’s ability to take part in the event is final. 4.3 The Client agrees to comply with the age and size limits for the Event. 4.4 The Experience team’s decision in relation to the safety and suitability for a Client to take part in the Event is final. 4.5 Superstars shall not be liable for the Client’s loss if they cannot take part in the Event due to the Event team’s decision in relation to taking part in the Event. 4.6 The Client agrees to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements for attending an experience, if they are not included in the Booking
