Nase: Eine äußerst elegante, sanfte Nase, tatsächlich ist dieser Dram in einfachen Worten elegant. Sanfte, cremige Vanille und weiches, zartes Gebäck, weiche, frische, saftige Birnen und reife Äpfel, weiße, reichhaltige Schokolade und warme gebackene Brioche, ein Hauch von Datteln und Feigen mit einem Hauch saftiger Erdbeere und Sahne.
Gaumen: Was für ein tolles Mundgefühl dieser Schluck, es ist einer der feinsten Tieflandmalze, die man sich nur wünschen kann, frischer, kühler Apfelumsatz mit einer Menge frischer Schlagsahne, weiche, zarte Gewürze, vermischt mit einem Hauch von Beeren und Pfirsich, ein wenig weiche, cremige Zitrusfrucht hebt den mittleren Gaumen immer wieder an, mehr Obstgartenfrüchte und eine sanfte Vanille- und Honignote runden den perfekten Gaumen ab.
Eine schöne Balance zum Abgang mit der klassischen Tiefland-Sanftheit, weichem, cremigem Cornish-Eis und weichen gerösteten Waffeln mit Ahornsirup und Schokolade machen Lust auf mehr. Eine herausragende Erstveröffentlichung.
