Clos Martin VSOP bietet einen Hauch von Ingwer und Veilchen, typisch für sandige Böden, etwas zartes Eichenholz und ein wenig Trockenfrüchte in der Nase. Etwas elegante Frucht und ein sauberer, lebendiger Abgang.
Nase: Nicht zu süß oder zu viel Karamell in der Nase, eine Balance aus dunklen Früchten und dunklem Honig, etwas Datteln und Zwetschgen.
Gaumen: Süße Trockenfrüchte, einige holzige Noten, Eichenharz und Honig, Anklänge von dunklem Obstkuchen und Schokolade, Waffel und Karamell mit einem aufbauenden Mundgefühl im anhaltenden Abgang.
