Juni 2007 destilliert und verbrachte die meiste Zeit seines Lebens in einem Nachfüllbehälter. In den letzten zwei Jahren erlebte er jedoch eine längere Endphase in einem First-Fill-Ex-Bourbon-Hogshead. Es ist lebendig mit Noten von Obstgartenfrüchten, eingebettet in sanften Lagerfeuerrauch. Wirklich köstlich.
