For an entry to be valid: (i) it must be made within the specified entry dates; (ii) the payment for the order must be received in full; (iii) the product must not be exchanged or refunded within the competition period, (iv) entrants must agree to Milroy’s Privacy Policy, (v) one entry per individual order, (vi) products must be purchased from www.milroysofsoho.com, purchases from other vendors are not valid. Multiple entries are permitted. Qualifying entries into the prize draw can be completed through purchase via www.milroysofsoho.com. Recipients can have multiple entries through different orders. Any entry which is cancelled or not received will be ineligible for the prize draw and will not be carried over or transferred to any other prize draw day.
WINNER: There is ONE (1) winner of the outlines prize. The prize winner and recipient will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries shortly after the competition period. 8. THE PRIZE: The winner will win1 x bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year Old 53.5% ABV, 70cl.The prize is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items.
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: Milroy’s will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email or by telephone as soon as practicable. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the prize within5 days of Milroy’s contacting them, Milroy’s reserves the right to offer the prize to another eligible entrant. Milroy’s cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above.
10. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS: Milroy’s and its suppliers are not liable and shall not be liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense, or failure to perform which is due to any event or circumstances which Milroy’s (or its suppliers) could not foresee or avoid, or which is caused by or arises because of any act or omission by any other party. Any tax liability arising from the prizes or rewards will be the responsibility of the recipient.
11. GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This competition follows the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all information collected follows strict data collection protection principles. The information provided by entrants will be used fairly, lawfully, and transparently. It will be used solely for administering the prize draw.
