Springbank 10 Year Old Local Barley 55.2% 70cl
The annual release returns! Crafted at legendary Campbeltown distillery Springbank, this 10-year-old release has been made from Bere barley, grown just down the road at Clochkiel Farm. Unusually for a Scotch distillery, every element of production takes place on-site. Once distilled, the spirit was aged in 60% ex-bourbon casks and 40% ex-sherry casks, allowing that signature Springbank complexity to develop. This 2025 edition is awash with fig, date and star anise notes, complemented by liquorice and savoury soy sauce notes on the palate, with an ashiness on the finish. Incredible.
