Qinghua Fenjiu 20-Year-Old Baijiu, 50cl

This is a Chinese Baijiu, with a history of over 6,000 years. Its still made with traditional methods in the Shanxi Provence in northern China.

Aged in traditional ceramic earthen vessels, aged for the full 20 years in the ceramic vessels has delivered a smooth fruity palate.

Nose: Pears and Ripe red apples, some sweet orange aromas build nicely  as it breathes in the glass, after a moment or two a sweet herbal aroma come into play, the mix between fruit and soft herbs is nicely balanced.

Palate: A smooth creamy honey note leads the front of the palate, with a great building of fruity tones is happening, with Apple and hints of ripe pears and just like the nose to a greater degree, a tangy note with a subtle sweet spice takes us a smooth refreshing finish.
