Nose: With a mellow and sweet spice, vanilla pod and hints of pepper, candied orange and a touch of lemon cream.
Palate: Smooth with a charred sweet wood smoke, barley sugar twists, dark fruits, damson and sultana, toffee and whipped cream, some herbal notes laying under the mid palate, heading towards a long and lingering finish of sweet mince pie filling, some demerara and soft honey tones.
