A very special release of the iconic Yamazaki 12 Year Old. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of Suntory’s whisky operations – and indeed Yamazaki, Japan’s first malt distillery. Founded back in 1923, it’s become wildly popular. The name ‘Yamazaki’ means ‘mountain cape’, referencing its forested mountain home. This bottling calls out the 100th anniversary on the label. A remarkable release that will appeal to all Japanese whisky fans and collectors.

Nose: Peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove candied orange, vanilla, Mizunara
Palate: Coconut, cranberry, butter
Finish: Sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish
