Die Brennerei führt eine völlig neue Eichenart in die Welt des Whiskys ein.
Edition 5 hat einen höheren Anteil an Garry Oak-Fässern im Blend als jede vorherige Edition. Kombination von blassem Malzbrand mit ausschließlich getorftem Alkohol.
Nase: Ein süßer Duft von Pappel dient als Begrüßung, gefolgt von Waffle Crisps-Müsli und reichhaltigen Noten von geräucherter Schokolade.
Gaumen: Die charakteristischen Barbecue-Noten sind vorne und in der Mitte zu finden. Es ist würzig und herzhaft und erinnert an verbrannte Enden. Dazu kommen Noten von Kakaobutter, verkohltem Ahornholz und Nelke.
