Hook Head 1.1 ist Teil der Single Farm Origin-Serie von Waterford und wird ausschließlich aus irischer Propino-Gerste aus der Ernte 2015 der Hook Head Farm hergestellt.

Nase: Erdiger Malzgeschmack und frischer Boden, Zitrusschale, Brotkruste, Nelke, weißer Pfeffer, Karamell, Milchschokolade, gesalzenes Popcorn, Scheunenhof, eichengrünes Laub.

Schmecken: Es ist von vornherein eine Gewürzbombe; mit Nelken, weißem Pfeffer, gesalzenem Karamell, Lakritze, Ingwerkeksen, Zitronenschale und Chili-Schokolade.

Beenden: Trocken, hinterlässt aber eine anhaltende Öligkeit, die die Schärfe lange behält.
