Dieser Dram ist eine herausragende Veröffentlichung in der Cask Craft-Kollektion des unabhängigen Abfüllers Murray McDavid und wurde für einen lebendigen, fruchtigen Geschmack in einem ehemaligen Sherry-Hogshead verfeinert. Obwohl die Spirituose jung erscheint, passt sie perfekt zum Fass und das Ergebnis ist äußerst ausgewogen. Wie alle Veröffentlichungen der Cask Craft-Linie wird es mit 44,5 % Vol. bei natürlicher Farbe abgefüllt.

Nase: Zunächst leicht und aromatisch, mit Backgewürzen, Toffee, Rosinen und getrockneter Aprikose.

Geschmack: Ein wahrer Früchtekorb mit Brombeere, Himbeere, Pflaume und Rosine, dazu Milchschokolade und eine Prise Kakao-Power.

Abgang: Mittellang und trocknend zu weichen, gerösteten Gewürzen.
