Nase: Hellgoldene Honigwabe, ein Hauch von Karamell und Ahornsirup, rote Äpfel und sanfte, süße Eichennoten, mit ein oder zwei Momenten im Glas ein reichhaltiger und weicher Kakao, Trauben und reife rote Johannisbeeren.
Gaumen: Sanft und sehr reichhaltig am Gaumen, weiche, zähe Karamellwaffeln, Obstkuchen und ein sehr subtiler Hauch von verkohlten Äpfeln und Birnen, etwas weicher Sirup, Fruchtcocktail, Vanille und ein erhabenes Trüffel- und knackiges Toffee-Krokantbonbon. Nachklingend mit süßen Gewürzen und Honig mit einem Hauch von weichem Ingwer.
Ein hervorragend schmeckender Single Malt aus der Speyside-Region, den wir alle nur zu gut kennen.
