Official tasting notes:
Nose: Autumnal orchard fruits; red apple, pear, plum and quince. Rooibos tea, redcurrants, jellied fruits, apricot jam and Dundee marmalade.
Palate: Initially quite dry with walnuts, fino, amontillado and cranberries. More Rooibos, currants, sultans, cinnamon and orange oil.
Finish: dry with plenty of aromatic spices, red fruits, berries and quince.
