Paul John 6 Year Old TBWC Batch 6 Cinema Series 47.6% ABV
A brilliant independently bottled Paul John single malt, part of That Boutique-y Whisky Company’s Cinema Series. Aged for six years at the Goa distillery, this expression is made using six-row barley sourced from the foothills of the Himalayas. The Bollywood-inspired label also references the James Bond film franchise.
Tasting note:
Nose: Dark chocolate along with mint, a chimney smoke note, salted caramel and charred pineapple.
Palate: Oily and mouth-coating, there are black cherry and more chocolate notes in with wood smoke and cracked black pepper.
Finish: Long with more of that peppery smoke.
