Eine der neueren Brennereien, die 2017 online ging, hat bereits eine treue Fangemeinde gewonnen und ist eine kleine Brennerei, deren Ethos fest auf Nachhaltigkeit basiert.
Für die Herstellung dieses Single Malts wird schottische Bio-Gerste verwendet
Nase: Ausgewogen mit einer cremigen Hafernote, etwas weichen Sommerfrüchten, Birnen und etwas geriebenem Apfel, einem Hauch von Honig und weicher Ingwerwurzel.
Gaumen: Eine nahtlose Integration zwischen Nase und Gaumen von Anfang an, eine wärmende süße Würze und eine Prise rosa Pfefferkörner werden durch eine subtile, aber anhaltende Mandelblättchen- und Ingwernote ausgeglichen.
