Milk & Honey Apex Pomegranate Wine Cask – 59,5 % – 70 cl

Nase: Ein sanftes und süßes Aroma eröffnet mit etwas reifem Granatapfel, cremigen Noten von Vanille und Butterscotch, einigen würzigen Noten, die der Nase eine schöne Schicht verleihen, erdig, reichhaltig, etwas minzige Frische und Apfelkuchen mit Vanillecreme. 

Gaumen: Einige schöne fruchtige Töne auf der Vorderseite des Gaumens, Feigen und saftige Datteln, sanft aufbauende Kräuternoten kommen in der Mitte des Gaumens an, etwas frisch gebackenes Mürbeteiggebäck, Granatapfel und einige würzige Kräuternoten mit einem Hauch von geröstetem Eichenholz. Der Abgang ist lang und reichhaltig mit einer trockenen Frucht- und Getreidenote.
