Masthouse Single Grain Whisky has been created to celebrate the influence of grains in whisky making, wheat, barley and rye. Their signature long fermentation and distillation through column sills mean this bottling carries Masthouse's ultra smooth trademark. Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks.
Nose: Toasted nuttiness and confectionary sweetness.
Palate: A creamy mouthfeel from the wheat comes through, with a crackling herbal spice from the rye and buttered toast with honey from the malt.
Finish: long and smooth with lingering vanilla
