Nase: Reichhaltig und sehr cremig von Anfang an, mit Butterkaramell vom Bauernhof und reifen süßen grünen Äpfeln. Ein reichhaltiges Sherryfass-Wechselspiel in der Nase und noch viel mehr.
Gaumen: Getrocknete Früchte und Pfeffer öffnen den Gaumen, es gibt viel zu pflücken, da dieser Schluck von Anfang an sehr angenehm ist, Apfel und Sahne, manchmal scheinen Anklänge von Kakao durchzubrechen, lange anhaltend und süße Früchte, die sich öffnen, um mehr an Trockenfrüchte zu erinnern Früchte, weiche süße Gewürze und eine köstlich abgerundete nussige Note.
Das ist einer dieser Dramen, die wir alle brauchen.
