Nase: Geröstete Holznoten, etwas trockener Torf mit einem Hauch Vanille und Gewürzen, etwas süßer Rauch mit Strandkieseln. Nasses, mit Whisky getränktes Holz
Gaumen: Einige fruchtige Noten mit einer sanften Apfel- und Pfirsichnote, dieser Dram entfaltet bald einen großen Schwall brennender Holz- und Holzkohlenglut, etwas geröstetes Getreide, reichhaltige Zitrusnoten und eine letzte Note im Abgang von Gewürzen, Rauch und Torf mit einem würzigen Meersalz und eine Zimtnote sorgen dafür, dass dieser Dram noch lange nach seiner Fertigstellung wächst.
