Nase: Blumig und würzig von Anfang an. Reife Birnen und süße Pflaumen, gebackene Butterkekse mit Rosinen und Rosinen, Sirup-Toffee mit Rauch und Jod.
Gaumen: Der Einfluss des Sherry-Fass kommt am Gaumen zum Ausdruck. Sanfte rote Früchte mit einem Hauch von goldenem Honig und weicher, reichhaltiger Vanille, Schokolade und getrockneten Datteln. Der Rauch und der Torf strömen in und um jeden Aspekt des Gaumens mit den klassischen medizinischen Jodnoten eines jeden guten Islay.
