Sold out almost everywhere, this exceptional bottle of 20 year-old Port Charlotte by Whisky Sponge has received high praise by reviewers. Offering a farmyard funk and fresh maritime character, this is a must-try!

Nose: over-ripe orchard fruits and wafts of hay create a really funky nose. Pipe tobacco, smoked meat and hints of varnish come through.

Palate: Oily and big! More stewed fruits and classic Islay peat smoke. Dried meat and hints of lemongrass develop.

Finish: Smoking bonfires balanced by orchard sweetness and a sprinkling of sea salt.
