Nase: Malz mit Vanillesoße und frischer Gerste. Dunkler Schokoladenfondant ist von stechenden Dämpfen fassstarken Alkohols umhüllt, weist aber wenig/kein Prickeln in der Nase auf, was auf eine gute Integration hinweist.
Gaumen: Leicht öliger Gaumen mit Verdauungskeksen, Sherry-Süße und Eichenwürze. Marzipan und Sultaninen ebenfalls in der Mischung mit sanften Vanillenoten
