Nase: Ein cremiger, zarter Honig, der sich in der Nase öffnet, Vanille und knusprige Waben, ein Hauch von Milch und dunkler Schokolade; das Limousin-Fass verleiht diesem Dram einen würzigen Unterton, Äpfel und Karamellbonbons.
Gaumen: Reichhaltiger und sanfter Mundüberzug, würzige Obstgartenfrüchte, eine Mischung aus Gewürzen, Zimt und cremigem Biskuitkuchen, einige sanfte Pfeffernoten, ein Hauch von verkohlter Eiche und Vanille mit einem Hauch von gerösteter Eiche und Äpfeln in einem Weißwein-Demerara-Dressing.
