Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve Batch #3 46 % Vol

Bei dieser Abfüllung handelt es sich um einen fabelhaften dritten Teil der Herbstreihe Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve. Bei dieser Abfüllung werden fünf Fino-Fässer miteinander vermählt – drei gefüllt mit Pot-Still-Destillat, zwei mit der leichteren Column-Still-Flüssigkeit. Fino ist normalerweise leichter und zarter als andere Sherry-Sorten und fühlt sich unglaublich elegant an. Es wurden nur 2.000 Flaschen auf den Markt gebracht, also schnell zuschlagen.

Geschmacksnoten:

Nase: Rhabarber- und Vanillepuddingbonbons, frischer Apfel, Colawürfel, Zimtgebäck, Obstbrot und erdige Lakritze.

Geschmack: Köstlich und honigartig mit Milchschokolade, Bleistiftspänen, Vanilleschoten, schwarzem Pfeffer und weichem Marzipan.

Abgang: Mittellang mit trocknendem Eichenholz und einer Prise Zimt.
