An exciting release here from one of Scotland’s smallest single malt distilleries. Edradour has taken two first-fill casks that previously held red wine from Italian winery St. Michael-Eppan and refilled them with its own spirit for an 11-year maturation. Bottled in 2025, this is a bright, vibrant expression with an abundance of red fruit and baking spice notes that’s surprisingly smooth even at 48.2% ABV.
