Diese Mischung aus Pot- und Column-Still-Rum der Foursquare-Destillerie auf Barbados wurde mindestens sechs Jahre lang gereift und in einem Oloroso-Sherry-Fass verfeinert.
Nase: Dunkle Früchte, etwas Leder und Politur, rote Äpfel und Frühlingsblumen, knackiges Toffee und saftige Sultaninen und Rosinen.
Gaumen: Das Sherryfass hat sich in der Nase gut bewährt, und das Gleiche gilt auch hier am Gaumen: Etwas süßer Pfeffer, Erdbeere und etwas schwarzer Pfeffer, rubinrote, mit Schokolade überzogene Rosinen, eine leichte Orange und eine Bonbonnote führen uns zu einem hervorragenden Abgang.
