Nase: Sehr reichhaltig, wie wir es aufgrund der tiefen Farbe dieses fassstarken Rums erwartet hätten. Die Nase von dunkler Schokolade trifft auf Honig und Karamell, mit etwas trockener, süßer Würze und Orangenschale. 
Gaumen: Weich mit einem cremig-vollen Geschmack, dunkle Früchte stehen hier im Vordergrund, werden aber durch Toffee und Schokolade gemildert, frische Früchte und eine Mischung aus Karamell und Honig sorgen für einen reichhaltigen Abgang, angenehme Süße von Schokolade, Haselnüssen und Honig sorgen für einen reichen, langen Vollmund - vollmundiger Nachgeschmack, der Ihren Mund füllt.
Eine sehr altmodische Regel, die Aufmerksamkeit und Fans des dunklen Rum-Stils auf sich zieht.
