Der gesamte Mais stammt aus der Region und stammt von Bauernhöfen in und um die Brennerei. Die Getreidemischung besteht zu 80 % aus Mais der Stufe 1, zu 10 % aus Roggen und zu 10 % aus gemälzter Gerste, gemildert durch Ahornholzkohle
Nase: Süße, leicht fruchtige Noten von Anfang an, geröstetes Maisbrot mit einem reichen Ahorn- und Honigaroma, etwas weiches Karamell, Vanille und Sahne, weiche Eichenaromen.
Gaumen: Tropisch-fruchtige Noten von etwas reifer Banane, geröstetem Eichenholz und weichem Ahornsirup und Waffel, ein anhaltender süßer Abgang mit gesalzenem Karamell und Popcorn.
Die Ausgewogenheit der Getreidesorten und die Filterung dieses Small-Batch-Whiskys harmonieren nahtlos.
