Magisches Fass
Die zehn Oloroso-Fässer, aus denen das „Magic Cask“ entstand, stammten von Bodega José y Miguel Martín (J&MM). Wir forderten eine Sorte amerikanischer Eiche, die mäßiges Tannin und – für diese Parzelle – eine sanfte Würze mit Oloroso-Wein liefert.
Nase: Aromen von Marmelade und Chai-Tee-Gewürzen mit einem Hauch von Pflaume.
Gaumen: Reife, goldene Tafeläpfel dominieren den köstlichen Gaumen, unterstützt von einer eichenartigen Fülle. Auch Aromen von Toffee und Kakaopulver werden gezaubert.
