Distilled back in 2015 and matured in a pair of Oloroso sherry octaves, this is a powerful, youthful expression bursting with dried fruit, walnut, maple and even eucalyptus notes. Octave casks are tiny, imparting more flavour and colour due to increased liquid-to-wood surface area. A must-taste bottling from the Highland maker.
