Nase: Eine sehr reichhaltige, fast erdige Note in der Nase, dunkle reife Früchte fügen eine weitere komplexe Aromenschicht hinzu, etwas süßes geräuchertes Eichenholz und dunkler Honig.
Gaumen: Der Torfrauch spielt am Gaumen ein meisterhaftes Spiel, mit dunkelroten Früchten und rosa Pfefferkörnern, einige schwelende, süße Raucharomen kommen hinzu, Zwetschge und grüner Tee, einige sanfte grüne Gewürze und ein Hauch von Karamell und dunklem Kakao.
Das ist wirklich ein großartiger Whisky.
