Dette er en meget unik spiritus lavet af Dasylirion (Sereque chihuaha) en slags Yuka, planten vokser hovedsageligt i det nordlige Mexico og i det sydvestlige USA 

Planten tager omkring 12-15 år at vokse, før den kan høstes forud for destillationen. 

Næse: En rig og afrundet aroma med en afbalanceret linje af sødme og naturlige økologiske friske citrusnoter, citron og lime med en cremet floral note. 

Gane: Med en cremet fornemmelse af munden på ganen for at sætte gang i tingene, tilføjer nogle mineralske noter en tør sød krydderikant, nogle vegetabilske noter, pærer og mandel.
