Eagle Rare Bourbon 10 Year Old 45% - 70cl
A single barrel bourbon aged 10 years! Yes that's right, this American whiskey has an age statement. With age often comes great flavour, and this is considered one of the original premium Bourbons because of its taste and quality.
Nose: Red fruits and some very nice hits of citrus and fruit cake mix. Some polished oak and sweet toasted grains.
Palate: The age is flowing in here as you take the first sip of this incredible whiskey, soft honey and vanilla are of course classic notes but somehow they seem so rich and deep with this dram, something very familiar comes into the palate it takes you by surprise with a nutty chocolate and more red ripe fruits.
Once its gone, its gone until the next batch!
