This time the team has sourced a first-fill cream sherry quarter cask from iconic Islay distillery Caol Ila, distilled back in 2015 and bottled in May 2024. Limited to just 124 bottles, this is a deliciously meaty dram, coupled with fruit sauces, citrus peels, and that all-important wood smoke. It’s been released at natural colour, cask strength, and without chill filtration.
