Darkness is a brand from the same folks behind That Boutique-y Whisky Company. They’re all about sherried whiskeys here – and this one is a real winner. It’s been finished in a tiny Oloroso octave cask to supercharge those classic sherry notes in the smoky spirit. There’s an array of baking spices in with a rich nuttiness, stone fruits and vanilla, all wrapped up in an earthy peat. Delicious.
