Næse: En meget kompleks næse, der er så fristende. Fra æbletærte og vanilje til søde kornnoter, nogle delikate trøffelaromaer med strejf af poleret læder, karamelliseret citrusskal med en cremet undertone.
Smag: Forbløffende rig med røde frugter og antydninger af kanel, en subtil syrlig note bliver genoplivet af en blød sød, men rig røget eg, lidt krydderi glider ind, før vi finder en honning- og ingefærnote, varmende og dybt tilfredsstillende.
