SideBurn 31 Year Old Whisky Sponge Edition No.95 51.4% 70cl
A blended malt aged for over three decades, this small-batch expression was originally made by William Grant & Sons – the drinks group that owns Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Kininvie and others. The release comprises a 1992 second-fill barrel and a 1993 first-fill barrel. They were married together prior to bottling at natural cask strength. According to the bottler, this whisky “contains more honey than a multiverse of extremely dedicated bees”. Just 404 bottles have been released under the name ‘SideBurn’.
