Older single grains are a delight, and this release from independent bottler Stiùbhart is no exception. Distilled at the now-closed Port Dundas distillery before the turn of the millennium, it’s been aged in a refill bourbon barrel before bottling in May 2025. A stunningly elegant whisky, with an array of sweet orchard fruit, baking spice, and vanilla notes. Gentle yet intricate, it’s a must-taste for single grain lovers.
